Consent to the processing of personal

I hereby grant Elmas Ltd., with the registered office in 141190, Russian Federation, Moscow region, Fryazino, thoroughfare Zavodsky, 4, korp.2, room 204, as a personal data administrator (hereinafter referred to as «Operator»), my free and voluntary consent to the processing of personal data to the extent of: given and family names, phone numbers, the email address, company, position, link to my website and, if applicable, any further information that Operator has received about me, and will use it to better target its marketing activities according to my needs, for the purpose of:

• providing services;
• sending notifications and information letters related to services;
• answering my requests;
• sending me information including commercial information.

The consent is granted for the implementation of any actions in respect of Personal Data that are necessary to achieve the above objectives, including without limitation: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (update, change), use, distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking , destruction, as well as the implementation of any other actions with personal data in accordance with applicable law.

Users’ personal data is stored on electronic media and processed by means of automated systems, with the exception of cases when non-automated processing of personal data is necessary in connection with the fulfillment of legal requirements.

The operator undertakes not to transfer the received personal data to third parties, except for the following cases:
